Menge, Evelyn
Evelyn Menge is a New Orleans artist and an alumna of Newcomb College, Class of 1969. Evelyn majored in Art and received a Master of Art in teaching from Tulane University in 1972. She is known for her 1992, public art project titled "New Orleans Streets," which consists of a large frieze located in the first floor corridor of City Hall. She went on to become a professional art educator and has charied the art departments of the Metairie Park Country Day school and the Louise S. McGehee school.
