Virginia Liggett Suttle (19??-1998) graduated from Newcomb College in 1936 with a major in music. She also earned a Master's degree in music from Louisiana State University in 1941. While at Newcomb, she was involved in Chi Omega, the Glee Club, and Newcomb's Little Symphony. In this interview with Beth Willinger, Virginia discusses memories from her time at Newcomb and her life since. Her husband, Harold Suttle, and Kathy Smither, Director of the Newcomb Alumnae Association, chime in throughout this interview.
